Importance of Behaviour Modification Programme

Through our Behaviour Modification Programme, we identified the client’s main challenge emotional eating driven by stress and fatigue. Screening showed reactive hypoglycemia, explaining his energy crashes and sugar cravings. With a balanced, protein-rich meal plan and Motivation app support, his energy and control improved. He’s currently on Mounjaro 5mg, and once he reaches his target weight, we’ll taper the injections and transition him to an independent maintenance programme to reduce long-term costs.

You’ll have a consultation with our doctor to determine whether a prescription for weight loss medication is suitable for you. This decision is made based on your individual medical history and clinical assessment.

If prescribed, medication can be collected from our clinic or delivered to your home for convenience.

Alongside medical support, you’ll enrol in our Behaviour Modification Programme. This is designed to help you develop long-term, healthy lifestyle habits through Body composition analysis, Cognitive Behvaiour therapy, Mental Weight Assessments, self-awareness, and guided support.

You’ll meet your consultant each week for follow-up sessions. These help monitor your progress, provide ongoing guidance, and ensure your plan is working for you in a safe and supportive way.
