From February 1 to March 5, you’ve got 33 days to rack up as many kilometres as you can walking at your own pace, in your own time, wherever suits you. Whether it’s daily strolls, long weekend walks, or mindful morning movement, every step counts.

Challenge yourself. Beat your personal best. And maybe… even win a prize!

  • Duration: 33 days (Feb 1 – Mar 5, 2026)

  • Goal: Log the most kilometres walked using MapMyWalk

  • Winners: Top walker will win a 10-Week Weight Management Programme. Limited slots!!

  3. Make sure your phone is on you during every walk or run so your steps are tracked accurately

No tracker needed! All you need is your smartphone. The challenge uses the free MapMyWalk app to track your daily steps, so it’s easy, accessible, and budget-friendly. No expensive equipment, gym membership, or wearables required.

Participants who complete the 33-day challenge between February 1 and March 5, 2026 are entered to win a 10-Week Weight Management Programme. Reward is designed to support your ongoing health journey and keep you motivated long after the challenge ends.

You can join the challenge by filling out the quick sign-up form on this page. Once registered, you’ll receive everything you need by email including challenge instructions, daily motivation, and tips to stay consistent. Spots are limited, so early registration is encouraged.
