4 lb loss!!

This week I’m thrilled to say I’ve lost a nice healthy 4lb

It’s been a long time coming – I really thought I’d never lose weight again.

Some say successful weight loss demands the right combination of three components: good nutrition, physical activity and behaviour modification. Your body can’t and won’t do everything you want it to without the right fuel and tools, which is exactly what Motivation Weight Management give you.

Reject processed foods full of additives or other artificial substances in favour of whole foods; this can be anything from switching white to brown i.e. rice, pasta, bread, etc. You’ll be trading in excess salt, sugar and fat for dense nutrients your body can use to tackle those pounds.

You will need to consume fewer calories than you burn to lose weight, so managing portion sizes and calories is crucial to weight loss, so eating a cream cake and going for a brisk walk just doesn’t tally out.

Make sure you get in some in physical activity that you enjoy every day. It doesn’t need to be a marathon; taking the stairs at work and walking or biking is a great place to start, for me its walking, I love to walk and you don’t have to over extend yourself to make sure you’re active, so choose whatever works for you and your schedule, because fitting in exercise around work is not as easy as some might think.

Behaviour modification is another key element in weight loss, another thing Motivation Weight Management are experts in, some people put this on the back burner, but this is vital to weight loss. The “yo-yo” effect of dieting and gaining weight back again is a result of failing to modify problematic behaviours. It doesn’t matter if you’ve failed in your weight loss efforts in the past — you can do it this time, and Motivation Weight Management can show you how!

Look, realistically , no one is perfect, we all human and we all have our own issues with our weight, but the most important thing you can do for ourselves if we feel unhappy is make a change.

Motivation Weight Management will change your life.

This week, I tried the Motivation Weight Management Chicken Noodle soup. O.M.G. it’s so tasty, and packed full of protein, I added some spinach and onion to make a broth and it was absolutely beautiful. ‘Food for thought’ this week.

Here’s to another excellent weight loss week.

Until next week.
