Successs Breeds Success - Day 4

Before we dive into today’s short Reducing The Threat of Covid-19 blog post, a quick refresher on what procrastination is.

Procrastination is to put things off or put them on the long finger.

And the question for you today is – why do you keep putting off the decision to do something about your weight problem?

So, today’s post and Day 4 in the How To Reduce The Threat Of Covid-19 series.

People who are successful give themselves credit for their successes (big as well as small).

Procrastinators often do the opposite and continually put themselves down.

To be successful, we have to learn to accept that if we have 6 out of 7 good days, it was a good week and we should be happy with these results.

Remember – Success Breeds Success.

Here at Motivation, we work with our clients to help them to see the positives even when the natural inclination (imbued from past failures) is to see the negative.

Seeing, recognising and celebrating success is key.

Always has been and always will be.

Core to our process of celebrating success is the change from reds to blues, from negative behaviour to positive behaviour. This is at the core of our Mental Weight concept and we work with clients to change both the physical and, where relevant, psychological triggers for poor food or lifestyle choices.

To help you get started we designed the mini mental weight assessment – a taster of the more detailed Mental Weight questionnaire that we complete with our clients.

The Mini Mental Weight Assessment will help you to reveal some of the habits, behaviours and thought patterns that sabotage your weight loss efforts.
