They also do not have the same lifestyle or health requirements that you do. They have a vested interest to make the type of body they are promoting as “Summer Ready” seem like the only viable option for the beach or poolside. There is no perfect body. Everyone is unique and, as such, come in a variety of shapes and sizes.
